I remember as a kid, I wanted to become a veterinarian just so that I would get to take care of injured animals, become friends and later get to play with them. This was out of pure love for all kinds of animals. Till date, you’ll find me playing with stray dogs on the streets much to the annoyance of my friends. I love animals because they’re amazing. Most of us spend our lives among fellow homo sapiens and choose to ignore the brilliance of nature around us. Every species in distinct from one another. There’s something to learn from every animal, especially the loyalty of a dog. It takes courage to look for and find a true friend, but when you do, the reward is incomparable to any other experience a human can have. Please don’t quit trying. Just love your animal companions in the meantime.
