📆 My Schedule 📆 I’m a full time pet sitter and animal lover! 📸 Check out my instagram! @inthebooniespets Hi, I’ve been around animals my entire life! I grew up on a farm and have a lot of experience with big and small animals. My family always had a pet dog and I’m the go to babysitter for humans and pets. My Experience I have experience with bigger dogs, hip dysplasia, allergies, reactive behavior, anxiety, diabetes, and other health issues that may require the administration of medication. As earlier mentioned, I also have experience with farm animals. I do have allergies to horses but can provide minimal services like food and water.

We are so glad we found Kacy!! She is professional, amazingly sweet, responsible and thoughtful. Dodger welcomed her immediately, it was almost like they had known each other for years! We left Dodger with the complete peace of mind that he would be safe and happy and got back to a happy and well cared dog! We highly recommend her!! Thanks Kacy!!!
100/10 stars! Kacy was AMAZING with my 2 large male dogs (3 and 4 years old, one high energy and one low energy) and my home. We had an out of country emergency and Kacy accepted a last minute booking for home and dog sitting for 11 days. She stopped by to meet the boys before our departure and was an angel! She made a point to ask all the important questions and make sure she had all the information she needed to keep my dogs safe and happy. This was in the middle of a polar vortex- she cleared snow so my dogs could potty without getting to cold, and made sure she did all the things to keep our home and pipes safe from weather damage. She sent pictures and photos and checked in everyday. It was the dogs first time experiencing snow and they were restless from not getting to play to much outside, and she played with them inside everyday and did not get upset when she had to clean up a ripped up toy after a long day at work. She even went and got them treats (IN THE SNOW) when they ran out. I will 100% book Kacy again, she treated us like family!! Don’t even bother looking at anyone else, she was that great! Thanks for everything Kacy! 🙂❤️

📍📍 Drop Ins: I start each drop in with potty breaks or walks/play time. If your pet needs to be fed I will feed them based on the diet you give me and then usually more play/potty time. This time is determined by what you want for your pet and also how your pet responds or needs during that time. 🏡🏡 Sitting: These types of visits normally require over night stays for me but if you’re more comfortable it will be house sitting all day and then spending the nights in my home and returning first thing in the morning. I am not against staying the night but I’m also respectful of your homes and personal spaces. These stays are when you require more attention and love for your pet then just a drop in visit. On these trips I will spend most of the day and night with your pet. Again price could be adjusted based on the distance and amount of time spent in the home. My husband is also a certified Rover sitter and is one of my emergency contacts if anything were to happen that would cause me to not be able to make a visit. He is happy to meet you upon request ‼️Insurance‼️ In addition to the Rover Guarantee I also have my own liability and bond insurance through Business Insurers of the Carolinas. This is an additional coverage I offer because I dog sit professionally and not as a hobby.

Please let me know if your dog/cat has any special needs. I do not have a breed restriction but do ask that if you have a reactive dog we do a meet up before boarding to make sure we are a good fit.
A typical day
A day of activity will look different for every pup or kitty. This is based solely on the level of trust and or wants of the owner. Your pup and I could go for car rides, walks and play games. I have sensory games and other toys for them to play with but please bring their favorites. There are many parks and walking trails that are fun to walk and sniff around. We will also hang out on the couch, watch some tv, play some tug. A nice easy weekend or time away. Boarding or sitting can be super stressful for a lot of pets so making the stay is easy for them is my priority. My goal is for you to return and your pet has the same behavior, routine that they would normally have and there would be less of a transition period.

Availability
I pet sit full time! I currently have availability during the day for drop-in and dog nanny services. I do require meet and greets and tour of the home before the booking for safety. I also will travel to provide service- if this is something you require (travel is 15 mi outside of my home address in New Market) we will talk and adjust the price according to the mileage. ⚠️Meet and Greet Fee: booked as Drop-Ins I do require a meet and greet before final booking. This should be booked as a drop in visit to ensure professionalism. ⚠️Mileage fee: For bookings 15 miles from my home (New Market) a mileage fee is required: Mileage fee will be: miles-15=#, # x $0.68= Fee We will always discuss these fees and total before booking so no surprises!
