Hello! My names Kaci and I recently moved to Chandler Az in March and have been watching pups ever since however I have plenty of personal experience with my own dogs ever since I was little. I live in a spacious townhome with my husband and one pup, Chandler who LOVES having friends over to play with. We wake up relatively early to go to the park and for about 4 walks a day (more if your pup needs it). I am home all day 7 days a week and am able to give your pup the love and attention they need while you are away! I send plenty of pictures and videos daily of your pup enjoying their time with us and you won’t need to worry. They will come home to you tuckered out and ready for naps! I make sure to keep whatever schedule the pup is on whether it be certain food, treats, potty breaks, walks, bed time, or whatever else the pup needs. We have a wonderful doggy park just a walk away which my pup love to go to and always come back ready to sleep. I always like to meet and greet beforehand to ensure it’s a good match which it always has been. My dog is super use to having other dogs here and they always leave being best friends. I rarely decline bookings other than to make sure I don’t have too many pups. Im also good to take pups on short notice and can be very flexible when it comes to many things. Our puppy absolutely loved her stay at Kaci’s!!! Kaci made sure to send videos and pictures of her having a blast. Will definitely being using her as our sitter for the future!
Kaci was very good at communicating through text and the app. Our sweet pug Zoe had a great time hanging out with the other dogs.
This was my first experience using Rover. I hope everyone’s initial experience is as positive as mine was. I have a 7-month-old Blue Heeler puppy. She means the world to me and I was a little apprehensive about using Rover. I spoke with several people and finally decided on using Kaci. I was going out of the country and was going to be gone over a week. The interaction I had with Kaci was excellent. She picked Frankie up from my house she was very punctual and called me before she left to make sure I knew she was on the way. She picked up Frankie and I was surprised to get a little video clip within 15 minutes of her being picked up. I received updates everyday and videos showing Frankie playing with her dogs, going on walks, and anything of interest. I have to say I was immediately at ease and was able to enjoy my vacation and not worry if Frankie was ok or not. When I got home, Frankie was dropped off at the predetermined time. She came home very happy. I will us Kaci for all of our boarding needs moving forward. It was a great experience and felt much better than leaving her at a kennel.
There is nothing better knowing your fur babies was allowed to be a fur babies while you were away. Both pups were well taken care of and really made new friends with Kaci and Family. The key word is family. My pups became a part of theirs and sorry to say, took over their coach (how embarrassing) but they were cool with that. The pups felt right at home and so did I when I went to the meet and greet. They are welcoming, asked tons of questions, allowed the animals to meet one another with respect and then went on about their merry way. They provided updates and observations and understood without hesitation, my flight delay. I just don't know how they were able to get around my dog laying in the middle of their kitchen floor. They just took everything in stride. I was relaxed and felt at ease with Kaci and Family. I will definitely rebook.
