Pet care experience
I’ve had animals my whole life from furry to scaly to large to small. I currently have two Australian Shepherds of my own. I have a bachelors in animal science from The Ohio State University. As well as over a year of small animal vet tech experience. I grew up showing cattle, horses, and rabbits in 4-H, and was always the girl that’d bring some kind of critter in for show and tell. I’ve always been someone who loves to step in and help people with their pets, this could be loving on their dogs when they’re busy, or need extra help! With my vet tech experience, I feel confident handling your dog safely and am able to administer or inject medications if you pet needs them.

Kacey would be a great dog walker or pet sitter. She loves all animals and has also cared for them her whole life. She has grown up loving animals of every kind. If she could take in as many dogs and cats that would need a home she would do it. She would be a great asset to your company.

As of right now I do not have a fenced in yard. I take my own dogs out on a leash. There are lots of nearby spots for dogs to run and play around my home, however. So there’s plenty of options! I have two male Australian Shepherds of my own. One is three and the other just turned two. My younger Aussie is still intact, but is awaiting his neuter appointment :) Regardless, they are both the sweetest dogs and love just about any dog that comes along. They can be pretty high energy, so be warned if you’re dog doesn’t like to play. Our days can be as adventurous or limited to my house as you want them to be. We’re always happy to go on an adventure, or be couch potatoes.

Temperament, Agressiveness, Shyness. Prefer mid to large size dogs as my dogs do like to wrestle with their friends. Also need to know how male dogs do around other males. I know sometimes male dogs do not get along well with dogs still intact. If your male tends to mark inside I do have a belly bands that will fit a medium size dog, but please make me aware ahead of time.
A typical day
Walks around my neighborhood or to the metro park near my house. Off leash time in dog friendly areas (if owner permits), car rides, baths, lots of adventure if permitted :)

Availability
As of right now I have a 100% open schedule and can dedicate all of my time and attention to your pet. I am waiting to hear back on a job offer, so I am not working at the moment.
