Kaatherine is the epitome of a "dog person." She's been a friend of mine and my family for the last 10 years. Within the last two years we've picked up two dogs. One is a black lab/red heeler cross female, the other is a black lab/German shepherd cross female. They're both goons, and nigh-on untrainable between the two of them. Don't get me wrong, they're nice dogs, but not "good" dogs. Anyway, when Kaatherine comes to visit my dogs loose their collective minds. They love her so much. Better than that though, they listen to her. And she takes the time to meet them at their level and work with them. She's very kind, not a domineering "all dogs are wolves" type of trainer, but she speaks dog like it's a second language and the pups respond so well. My larger lab/shepherd cross only plays with sticks, (or whatever the other dog is playing with), while my lab/heeler only has love for ball. Kaatherine has an amazing ability to multi-task both of these very demanding needs so that both dogs are not just satisfied, but enthusiastically exhausted by the end of a play session. Kaatherine is also fantastic with walking dogs on leashes. I've seen her manage four dogs, (all different owners), with great success. She's patient and kind. Even if you have a challenging dog, Kaatherine is up for the challenge.
