Hi there! My name is Kaalah and I’m located in Northeast San Antonio. I have experience watching and fostering various dogs with Austin Dog Alliance and was a volunteer at Williamson County Animal Shelter for three years. I have experience with all sizes, elderly dogs, cats, puppies, high-energy, and administering oral medication as well as IV fluids to both dogs and cats. . I enjoy learning about animals and took a couple of relevant classes in college, including a dog seminar that included volunteer work- I even did my English capstone paper on animal theory in literature. I have 2 high-energy dogs and 2 cats of my own, so I no longer host animals in my home. I would love to meet your pup or cat- send me a message with any questions.

Kalaah is amazing and took great care of our two boys while we were out of town! I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and quality Rover sitter. She was fast to respond to the stay request and communicated tons throughout the stay with updates and pictures! She gave them tons of snuggles/play/attention and we were confident that our pups were safe. When our travel plans got adjusted on the return, she went above and beyond at the end of the stay to care them! The next time we’re traveling, we 100% plan to ask Kaalah to watch our boys. You can schedule 30 minute or 1 hour drop in visits. Rover keeps a timer with GPS enabled so you can feel rest assured that I am at your home for the entire duration of the visit. I will complete all of your instructions and spend any extra time playing with and loving on your pet!

I love all sizes and breeds. I would like to know whether you are interested in housesitting, drop-in visits, dog-boarding, or doggy day care- please make sure that you are selecting the correct option when you request! Please be sure to disclose any information about your dog- it’s important for your sitter to know if they sometimes have accidents in the home, are food aggressive, are kennel trained, or have separation anxiety.
A typical day
A typical drop in visit might include feeding your pet breakfast or dinner, providing any supplements or medication, and letting them out to potty (dogs) or scooping the litter box. If you also schedule a walk, I’m happy to take your pet on a walk in the neighborhood!

I work a flexible schedule from home and can easily work around my visits to your home. I occasionally work events out of town and you’ll see those weekends blocked off on my calendar.
