Pet care experience
As a dog-owner myself who has dog-sat for friends in the past, I have experience in working with and handling all kinds of pups. I've worked with multiple trainers in the past, taken fun pup classes to learn how to quickly teach dogs new (and fun!) tricks, and keep them both physically and mentally challenged and happy. I also have experience handling dogs with anxiety, as my own rescue has needed training and coaxing in that arena. Her name is Bambi and with careful training and dedication, I've helped develop a more confident personality. I'm currently home most of the day and have a ton of flexibility in terms of timing! I'm willing to house-sit ans take your dog for walks wherever they love most.

Jwala was a perfect pet sitter. We used her for 2 days in a row. Mimu was happy to return the next day. We would have continued with Jwala if she hadn't had a prior engagement. It was a plus for us that she had been trained at a shelter. I highly recommend Jwala.
Jwala is wonderful!! So sweet, pleasant, and reliable! I called her when I was in a pinch and not only did I hear from her almost immediately but she gladly helped me out with a last minute walk for my dog Charlie. I am very happy she is now Charlie's dog walker and so he is! I love working with her and would recommend her to everyone and every pooch : )

I am always vigilant when taking care of someone’s pet - after all, they’re family and deserve the same attention and dedication as any other family member. I will ensure they get the food and medicine they need (and only the food they should have, no sneaky snacking!) and that they observe all house rules and aren’t at risk of injury.

A typical day
I’m happy to play fetch or tug of war for as long as your pupper wants! I also love teaching dogs new tricks and engaging them mentally with fun games that involve clicker training. A physically and mentally healthy dog is a very happy dog, after all!

I am currently in between full time employment and so my days are fairly flexible. I am happy to, in general, work around your schedule.
