Justine was great. She spent about 30 minutes each drop in, take pictures and let me know if my dogs were making any messes

I have 4 dogs in various stages of development with very different in needs. A Shih Tzu, 18 yo., a Shih Tzu 3 yo., an Aussie (rescue) new to our family 6 months ago, and a Norwegian Elkhound (rescue) 1 yo, no training prior to coming to us 6 weeks ago. Each of the dogs have special needs with separation anxiety from me. Justine just slid right into my place. The gang accepted her during the meet and greet. She came every day and I never worried she wouldn't show up. She did the routine care and still found time to play with and love on each one of them . She respected my request about no outside since the newer pups tended to run off and not come back. We were very pleased with Justine's excellent care. Our gang was happy as well. Lizzie (the Aussie) says she loves Justine and is keeping her. She got a ragged-e-anne doll. Justine's family wanted her back. It was difficult to use the website for booking. It took many hours of online time to complete everything needed. There is a complicate texting system to ensure the sitter's safety and privacy. Frequently, I was confused and uncertain of who sent the text and which message was applicable. Less duplicate texting of the same on formation would be better for me. The functioning of a website is not why I book a certain sitter or not. I found there fees reasonable but was disappointed to learn that the thirty minute visit for a dog does not increase if additional dogs are added on. The fee increased however. It wasn't a problem this visit since the dog did not go outside. Had they, I doubt an adequate outside time would have occurred. OVERALL I am more than pleased with the service. I reccommend using Justine and can not comment overall on Rover.com as I haven't any experience other than this visit.
