I'll love your pets, as if my own.

Pet care experience

What you can expect from my care: I'm pretty much home and available full-time, so your pets will receive all the love/playtime/exercise/training they can handle (minus any destruction, or being left alone). A house in a nice/quiet neighborhood near a park, with no roommates/kids/pets. Usually only one booking at a time, unless both owners agree. Daily walks based on each dog's energy level. My Backstory: My small family always had multiple pets growing up. Dogs, cats, birds/parrots, fish/Koi, even Turtles, Snakes/Lizards, and a Pigeon that couldn't fly (even a Ferret shortly). I've really grown a fascination with all animals, even wild, not just dogs/cats. I try to observe and understand their individual traits/personalities before getting too close. They usually need to smell you first to trust you, and you can't force it, sometimes it's more up to the animals (if they're scared). I remember watching Dr. Doolittle (with Eddie Murphy) growing up, and I've always imagined that animals could sense that I'm friendly and won't hurt them. Even with wild animals. So there hasn't been many pets that didn't like me, or didn't come around (no customers, only 1 friend's crazy cat). After we lost our Shar-Pei dog after 12+ years, and had a scare with my 11+ year Terrier mix (rescue), I've unfortunately had to gain more experience with the vet and giving medications. Plus my friend's dogs are going on 15/17 now, they both require multiple meds and wear diapers now, so I have a full range of experience. **Update: There's currently no other pets in the house, we lost Skipper too (years ago now). That was my doggy, and he'll stay in my profile pic** After those losses, it never felt right "replacing" them, so this has been a fun/temporary thing that allows me to take care of a lot more animals. For your pets, my house will be their house, and I'll love them and treat them as if they were my own. I've had all different breeds, sizes, ages, needs, with rarely ANY issues. Please refer to reviews left from past bookings, and you can also check out all the pictures I've added of the different pets I've cared for, with the most recent pics at the end.

Justin was the best. He was never late and helped me so much. I was injured so couldn’t deal with my trash bag, Justin helped me throw them away as well. Again he’s the pro and the kindest.

Justin is always amazing with my pups! They always seem happy during their stay with him and he does a great job keeping us updated with cute pictures. Will continue to rebook with Justin.

Full-time love, attention and supervision to every pet that's in my care, they'll be treated as if they were my own. Fully fenced yard, although there is a Koi pond in the backyard, no issues have ever occurred (plus they're always personally supervised). Only one connected backyard has a (small) dog, which is usually kept inside, so there's plenty of room to roam the backyard in peace with lots of plants and smells to explore.

Information Justin C. would like to know about your pet

No breed preferences or restrictions, just not sure about huge dogs. Hopefully house-trained and gets along with others, as in not aggressive. I try to avoid having multiple bookings during the same days, even if both dogs are friendly with others, you just never know what two may not get along. But again, I'm usually home with them most of the time, and they won't be left alone much. So I'm not opposed to having multiple bookings together, I would just ask more questions and be more hesitant/cautious. I've cared for all different kinds of breeds and mixes, big or small, some with special needs and/or older pets. They'll all get my full attention and love, and will likely be spoiled here.

A typical day

There's a large park at the end of my street (not a dog park, just a walk on lease park), so we could get plenty of exercise there. No other pets to play with here, but there's toys if they're interested, and I can also help work on and test their training/obedience/tricks.

I was originally just taking a break from the "9 to 5 work" grind, but I've found this to be much more satisfying/fulfilling/enjoyable and I'm genuinely happy to do it. So I guess this is my new "job" for foreseeable future.
