Pet care experience
I have had animals throughout my entire life and I've been working with them professionally since I was 16. I started art a doggy day care and boarding facility at 16. I currently work at the Oregon Humane Society as a Animal Care Tech III and have been here for the last three years. Before here I worked for a shelter in Colorado for several years. I also volunteered for a rescue group doing day to day care and hands out training(positive reinforcement only). I am will versed in giving all types of medication from eye meds to pills to injectables. I have a lot of knowledge in body language and know how to work well with the more shy and skittish dogs and cats. I work on a daily basis with dogs, cats and smaller animals(rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and rodents).

Justin does great work. I am a coworker, and as a newer hire, I know I can count on him to answer my questions thoroughly, and help me with animal care tasks like administering difficult medications and interacting challenging animals. He can handle pretty much any situation thrown at him, and he does it with a positive attitude, especially maintaining positive interactions with the animal (i.e. as opposed to directing frustration toward the animal). I have no doubt that your pet(s) will be in safe and professional hands with Justin!
