Pet care experience
My love of animals runs deep, one of my earliest responsibilities, well before bills or rent or any of those other financial burdens was walking, feeding, and tending to my first dog Oscar. Since then I've spent 2 years walking dogs professionally in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles before moving to Portland in 2018. I'm a big dog lover and play and attention are two of my strongest suits. If you just need a dog walker to take your furry friend on a walk, I can certainly do that, but if you're looking for someone to engage your companion in exercise and play, that's where I really shine.

Justin did an amazing job with our dog and two cats! I was nervous about leaving them with someone we hired for the first time and Justin went out of his way to calm my nerves and make sure I knew that our fur babies were in good hands! Justin was very responsive throughout his stay and even went above and beyond with pictures and updates! Our dog loved him and so do we! I am beyond grateful for the way he cared for our pets & house!!!!
Justin stayed at our house Thanksgiving and did an excellent job. He took amazing care of our little guy and was very communicative with us throughout his stay. I will definitely book him again.
Sitter got an injury (not in my home) the day his housesitting job started and instead of informing me he want well enough to care for my animals on his own he had other people come stay with him to help him out. Have a door bell camera and could only count maybe 2 times my puppy got walked. Felt trapped as I was out of state and couldn’t get anyone to come over and relieve him of his duties while multiple strangers stayed in my home. Felt very icky. Prob won’t use this app again.
Panini is excited to see him and feels comfortable having him watch her. We'll definitely have Justin watch her again.

Dogs are like people and every dog has unique anxieties and preferences. I'd love to know your dogs preferences, their favorite toys and what they're day looks like before I enter the picture. I'll also need to know what medications they may need along with their relevant allergies and so on.
A typical day
I love to play with dogs and I'm not afraid to get down at their level to engage them! On walks I'm a big vocal communicator, I praise them a lot and use my calm voice to help anxious dogs navigate uncertain situations like loud cars.

I'm currently working from home which gives me a very flexible schedule, I'm available for walks and home visits most days between 9AM and 9PM. House sitting is also an option!~
