I have never had a better sitter!!!!! We received daily pictures and updates, along with cute videos occasionally!! She was attentive to all of the pets, and quickly figured out their personalities and preferences! She tried different leash options with my aggressive puller, kept up with his training, and made a special effort to bond with him when he was unsure about the transition. He has always been people shy, and other sitters I've had were unable to get him to come indoors after being let out to go potty, not Justeen! He threw his usual fit, but she helped him get over it by the end of the first day!!! Justeen tended to all of the other things on our list too, checking the mail, taking out garbages so we didn't come home to a house that smelled of stale litter... It was nice to know that everything was taken care of and home base was running smoothly while we were away. Best of all, we came home to a nice welcome home letter, and a home cooked meal in the fridge, waiting to be heated. The gesture was absolutely heartwarming!!! There's nothing like having your transition into regular life taken care of, after a day of travel and many hours on a plane, it is thoroughly appreciated. Justeen goes above and beyond, with a genuine love of animals, which shows in her care and attention to detail!! Highly recommend! I've never received such treatment, now I'm spoiled, and I'll never hire anyone else!!

She is exceptional with my dog! My Alaskan husky has anxiety around people, he lived in a pack for his formative years, so he has really high social anxiety, and anxiety around cars, and Justeen is attentive to that! She always works well with him, on his terms! She is really good with dogs that are easily stressed, and need extra attention to form trust. She is definitely done her homework when it comes to animal behavior and working with animals who don't behave as you would normally expect. So not only is she good with your happy-go-lucky puppers, but also you're more special needs cases! Highly recommend!!
