👋 Meet and greet – I always recommend a meet-and-greet so your pet feels comfortable with me and gets a chance to check out the space before their stay. 🍽️ Dietary needs & allergies – Let me know if your pet has any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special needs—I’ll make sure to follow their routine exactly. 🎾 Favorite toys & comfort items – Please bring along your pet’s favorite food, toys, or any other comfort items they love. It helps them feel at home and makes their time with me even better. 📝 To ensure a safe environment for both 2&4 legs, I’ll kindly request current vaccine record for all 🐱&🐶. Fail to provide the documentation before the booking time will result in cancellation
A typical day
🎾 Backyard playtime – We’ll play fetch, chase toys, or just enjoy the sun in my big, grassy yard. There’s tons of space for zoomies and tail-wagging fun! 🌳 Park adventures – If your dog loves to explore, we’ll take calm walks around the neighborhood or visit nearby parks for some fresh air and new scents. 🛍️ Pet-friendly outings – For social pups, I’m happy to bring them along on chill shopping trips or errands—they’ll get to see the world and make new friends (with your permission, of course!). 💤 And when it’s time to wind down, there’s always room for snuggles, naps, and cozy hangouts together. 🐾 I’ll follow your pet’s pace—whether it’s playful or peaceful.

I’m a Former Frenchie mom – I raised and personally trained two certified service dogs who traveled internationally with me. I’ve got hands-on experience and truly understand dog behavior, body language, and emotional needs. 🌿 Dream backyard – My home features a huge 0.3-acre fenced yard, fully covered with fresh grass and professionally maintained every week. It’s perfect for dogs to run, sniff, sunbathe, or play as much as they want—off-leash and stress-free. 🐾 Puppy care experience – I’ve cared for high-energy puppies, always adapting to each dog’s unique needs and pace. 🏡 Calm & cozy environment – My home is peaceful and welcoming, great for dogs who are shy, anxious, or just in need of some extra TLC while you’re away. 🗣️ I actually talk to dogs – Yep, full conversations included. I spend real time with your pup—bonding, comforting, and making sure they feel safe and loved. 🐱 Cat-friendly space – My home is calm, quiet, and spacious—perfect for feline guests who love to lounge, explore, or simply enjoy some peace and quiet. 💛 They’ll be treated like family—because that’s exactly what they are.

Junyao (and her mama 💕) were awesome with my reactive rescue. She was super accommodating to his needs (and there are many), sent me updates throughout the day, and when we had a miscommunication about the pick-up time, was gracious and flexible.
We decided let our two little dogs (aka trouble makers) stay with Junyao when we were away. It couldn’t have been a better decision. She did so much more than look after them; she cared for them, helped them overcome their anxiety, allowed them to do the things they did at home and eat when they felt it was a good place they were staying. They could wander around the house and zoom around on the grass in the back garden (which was totally secure). My initial comment was ‘we couldn’t have made a better choice’ and nothing has changed.
Junyao sent me photos/videos everyday, and I can tell she really loves dogs. Great sitter will def book again!
