Pet care experience
My name is June and I am mom to three grown kiddos and one fur baby. I'm a retired RN. I am actively involved with my ladies group at church, my wonderful husband and my precious granddaughter. We have a rescue pup named Maddie who is a special part of our family - we just love her to pieces! I think little dogs are the best! They are great to cuddle! We have a great fenced-in backyard to keep your pups safe. I would love to show your sweet dog the same affection as we do ours, whether it be a quick weekend visit or a longer staycation! Bring them to me!! (For travel sitting: picking up mail and watering plants during visits is no problem, just ask!)

June and husband took great care of our spoiled baby. We can't thank her enough for her caring, professional way of sitting Cooper. His special food and sleeping arrangements were perfect! June sent numerous pictures showing Cooper having a good time. He's exhausted from lots of play time!
June was wonderful with our dog! He is a breeder rescue and does not usually do well in new situations. However he seemed to enjoy his stay with June!
June was so warm and welcoming right off the bat in our initial communications. She responded so quickly and was very accommodating. She was more than happy to set up a meet and greet to make sure the dogs got along. June and Mike (her husband) were so nice and completely set my mind at ease. They were so sweet with their own dogs and welcomed my little dog as well! I loved how much they loved their own dogs and I knew they would take the absolute best care of mine. June sent me lots of pictures and updates which was icing on the cake! If you're looking for the perfect sitter in a loving environment, you've found the perfect match! I 100% recommend June and plan on taking my dog here time and time again!

I generally only take small dogs or puppies, but I do go above the "15 lb" notation on the Rover profile, and tho' I only take one client at a time-I make exceptions for siblings or housemates. I like to know what you do with your pet when you leave them home alone. When outside (with supervision) is your baby an "escape artist"-- always looking to get out of the fence? Also, I like to know the furbaby's sleeping preference so we can make them comfortable.
A typical day
I have worked with my daughter who is a long term, 5 star sitter for Rover. She has shown me the ins and outs of arriving on time, checking on and loving on pups when parents are away and making sure that all is well in the home, in their absence. A couple of visits per day, breakfast and dinner and potty breaks, as well as play time are all part of my daily routine for travel dog sitting.
