Julissa was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to ensure our Sally felt comfortable in a new environment and slowly introduced her to her sweet dogs. She kept us constantly updated and sent pictures/videos. Julissa also provided dietary suggestions. She even gave our Sally a departing Holiday gift! We look forward to seeing Julissa again!
