**As stated on my profile I have a cat. Lexi is fine with dogs as she's used to having them stay in our home, but if your dog isn't good with other animals please do not contact me. It's very disheartening to keep applying for jobs just to be turned down for this reason. Thank you ** ----------------------------------- In 2001 I started looking after dogs/cats and other small mammals in peoples homes. I then found a long term job looking after Pharaoh Hounds and Beagles for a local breeder. I have looked after 4 generations of Pharaoh Hounds from puppies to adult and also his 3 Beagles. I looked after them all day whilst the owner was at work. He has since retired and I moved to Newcastle 4 months ago and have been lucky enough to find a few dog walking and cat sitting jobs, but am always looking for more. I have a long term job dog/house sitting job for a couple with 2 Dobermans, I also walk 3 Springers and occasionally dog sit a Cavapoo and Whippet. I also look after my cousins Alsatian, Irish Wolf Hound, Rottweiler and Collie whilst they are on holiday. References are available. I have a current DBS and am insured as a pet sitter/dog walker.

Ben had a great day with Julie! I don’t leave him often so am always nervous, but Julie put me at ease by being super calm, nothing seemed to faze her. Julie sent photos and updates throughout the day, and Ben was so happy and relaxed. Ben’s a grumpy old chap with other dogs, but Julie watched him carefully in the meet & greet and handled him brilliantly to keep him calm and safe. I will definitely be giving Julie a shout again!

I booked the house sitting service for my cat and Julie was great! Always available, good communication and very professional. When I got home Tito (my cat) was happy and calm. Highly recommend her services.
