We are “Empty Nesters” because our dog of 14 years recently passed away and we decided not to replace her yet, so we have no pets in our home currently. But we miss having the companionship of a dog and are ready to welcome and love on your dog as if they were our own, while you are away! I'm a former animal rescue volunteer for many years, and have pet sit for many friends and family. We also used to foster rescue dogs in our home until they were adopted by their forever families.

Our dogs absolutely loved staying with Julie. We got pictures and videos daily of the dogs and incredibly prompt responses from Julie. Julie and her family even taught one of our dogs a new trick! 10/10 for a recommendation
Julie was great with Tasha! She contacted us daily with updates and pictures. This was new for us and Tasha because we have always had family nearby to watch her. We are new in the area and Julie made sure Tasha fit in with her family and loved on her!
It was our first time leaving Radley overnight with anyone. He did great. Julie was wonderful and sent me picture updates daily. We could see that he was interacting with her family and was having a great time. Julie was a gracious host. She addressed all of my questions and concerns. All in all, it was a great experience. I will definitely book with Julie again.
Julie and her family were awesome! They took exceptional care of Arya, who can be quite a handful because she has boundless energy. If I am ever in the area again, I will gladly rebook. I would also recommend them to anyone!

We are a non-smoking home with a fully fenced-in backyard. Dogs are allowed to get comfy on our living room sofas (but not on our beds) if this is something you also allow them to do in your own home. If not, we will enforce your regular rules in that regard. Your dog can either sleep in our rooms on a dog bed or floor, or downstairs in a crate. Just let me know your preferences. My family will love on your dog(s) as if they were our own! They will get lots of attention, snuggles, play time, potty breaks in the backyard, and on-leash walks around the neighborhood too if they like that.

I am a married stay-at-home/work part-time from home mother to a 5 yr old daughter so other than going out to run errands, I am at home most of the time and have lots of energy and time to devote to caring for a dog.
