I am a wife and mother living in Redding, CT. My husband and son are dog lovers, so your dog will feel right at home. Living in Redding, I can easily access many walking trails and pet-friendly parks. I also live in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. I have many years of experience in caring for dogs. I only take small dogs one at a time. I assure you that your furry friend will always be supervised, their routine followed, and have a comfortable place to dream. They will be welcomed with a smile and ready to have some fun. I am happy to be working with you and your pet soon so they can have a safe place to stay!

Bella's stay with Julie was great. We totally appreciated knowing she was somewhere safe and sound during our vacation. It was our first time using a dog sitter through Rover and I was at ease as soon as I met Julie. It was totally obvious that Bella was staying in a kind and caring home and would be well taken care of. The whole experience was great and Julie will definitely be our first choice next time we go away. Bella goes crazy for these homemade dog treats too. We will definitely need more of these.
Julie did a fantastic job for us!! You couldn’t possibly find a better dog sitter. We’ve become very seasoned dog owners over the years and this was by far one of our best experiences. She was very attentive to our dogs individual needs, was great about the communication, lots of conscientious effort including updates with photos, and super flexible which was so much appreciated. Leaving our pup in the care of her lovely family environment and ideal quiet, safe neighborhood with her home during the days was just what we were hoping for. This eases the stress of when we have to leave our pup behind so very much. Also, her son is such a natural dog lover and gave our dog some bonus wait/stay lessons! Really looking forwards to seeing her again along with those home baked doggie treats and would highly recommend to future clients.
Julie did a great job taking care of Joey, our old mini poodle. She provided daily text updates and pics. Julie even spoiled our little guy with her homemade doggie treats. Joey cried when we picked him up because he didn’t want to leave. We plan on using her service every time we travel knowing Joey will be well taken care of.
We had a great experience with Julie, and have already re-booked for our next trip. Pre-stay Julie made sure to communicate with us about drop off timing, and ensuring she understood care instructions and any limitations for our dog. During the stay she provided regular status updates with pictures so we knew our dog was safe and happy! Thank you for a great pet care experience!!
