Julie treated my pup like a member of her family. She sent lots of photos and was very thorough in her questionnaire. I had no doubt my pup would enjoy his time with her and that he was in good hands. When he got home he was tired from having such a great time. Thanks Julie!

I got in touch with Julie the day before I was going to have surgery after a friend told me about DogVacay. Julie came over the same day to meet me and my dog. I could tell she was a dog person immediately because most people are afraid of my dog and won't come in my gate. Julie didn't think anything of it and my dog was comfortable with her within seconds. My shepherd/lab ...

Julie was a life-saver during what can only be described as an awful dog sitting experience.

My dog, Berkeley, was staying with a different sitter from Rover who decided, after I had already left town, that she no longer wanted to watch him. Berkeley had to go through the re-homing process to get to a second sitter, who also decided to give him up for no valid reason whatsoever. Both of these sitters just didn't ...

Dear Zayad, Thank you for sharing the details of Berkeley’s recent stay with me. Your feedback is very rewarding ...

I LOVE'EM..WHILE YOU LEAVE'EM !

I am a professed animal lover in deed. Respect for Animals is a key skill that I truly emphasize. Skills that demonstrate my respect for animals include being patient, gentle and understanding of the different temperaments of various breeds. Other skills include, ensuring animals left in my care are kept clean, comfortable, well-tended for and showed extra loving attention. I treat them as if they are a part of my family. I have 35 years ...

What Julie would like to know about your dog

Communication between me and the pet parent(s) is key. I like to know everything and the more I know the better I can provide the best care possible for your pet. Such as socialization, mannerisms, routine, diet, likes, dislikes and most importantly any health issues. Any rules that you have implemented at your home will be followed at mine. Like being allowed or not allowed on furniture is a big one. I ask that you please, provide proof of current vaccination with complete vet information and I prefer your pet is on some kind of flea control during their stay. Size, weight, health and breed of a dog are a non-issue.
