Hi, I’m Julie! My husband, Matt, and I have grown up with dogs, and understand that they are a special member of the family, requiring loving care and attention! I am a stay at home mom to two little boys who also enjoy furry friends. We love being outside and spend a lot of time hanging in the backyard. Our home has a fenced in backyard, so the dogs can be outside as much as they want. Though, if they prefer to play and cuddle indoors we are happy to do that too! We do have a son who is three and a half and very used to being gentle with our own dog but it is a must that your dog be friendly with young kids too. We also have a very sweet and friendly 8 yr old Carolina Dog who loves to run around with new furry friends. Because we also have a baby, we do not accept dogs who are elderly, hyperactive dogs, or dogs that bark excessively. Please let us know ahead of time if your dog has any behavioral challenges. I am home 99% of the time so your pups will have nearly constant attention. We are typically up early in the mornings and go to bed early, so we prefer a dog used to that schedule. We have a fenced in yard and let our own dog roam freely around the house. If your dog is crate trained we can also accommodate that.
