Pet care experience
Hi there! I'm Julie and I LOOOVE dogs and most animals. My son and I raised a 90-pound rescued Lab/Great Dane/Cane Cross mix named Ollie. Before that, I had a 16-year-old feisty rescued Whippet/Chihuahua named Maxine, and I also had a rabbit named Psychobunny who lived to be 8. I have a very clear understanding that EVERY dog/pet is different, with different needs, just like people are. I completed a dog training certification program a few years ago which included volunteering at an animal rescue facility and getting to know many different types of dogs, and I'm obsessed with their wellbeing! I understand that pets are our fur-children and they deserve to be treated like family since they give us unconditional love! Did I mention I love dogs?? And I'm the mother of a young adult, so there's that :) Thank you for looking at my profile.

We can't say enough great things about Julie to put on here! We would rate her 10 stars if possible. She watched our almost 17 year old dog and is a polished and professional (and very personable :) ) person. Also she kept us up to speed at all times with our dog with updates and pictures. We will use Julie again in a heartbeat and very highly recommend her! The sense of comfort we felt while being away was the most important factor.
Julie took care of my dog Cooper while I was on vacation. She did an excellent job informing about Cooper's health and disposition. I could tell that he was in the best of care with Julie and I had complete confidence in her. Cooper really enjoyed Julie's attention and was very happy with his excellent caregiver.
She is dependable, reliable, very friendly, and trustworthy. We wouldn't leave our dogs with just any dog sitter. She cares for our dogs as if they were hers. Even after the dog sitting job is over she checks in with you to see how they are doing. While we were gone, she checked in with us daily to let us know how they were doing and to send us pictures. We missed them but knew they were in the best care!

I would check in with your pup and make sure that he/she feels comfortable with me. I would ask about their favorite spots in the neighborhood and make sure that we visit those to add to the experience.
