Pet care experience
We got our first family dog when I was five and I’ve loved dogs ever since! I regularly pet sit and house sit for friends, family, and people I've caregive for. It's been one of the best jobs I've ever had. I've spent a lot of time around puppies so I do have some skills in puppy training and use positive reinforcement with treats as my personal preference for training. I also have a lot of experience with cats and have one myself. I really love taking pictures/photography so I'll be sure to send you quality pictures of your fur babies while I'm with them!

As my dog was getting older, I needed someone to help keep him company and take care of him during the day while I worked or went out of town. Jules went above and beyond taking care of my boy and despite being in his final days, he always got a burst of energy when she would walk through the door. I consider myself lucky to have found her, not only did she provide a loving environment until my boy passed away but I could always trust her to be alone in my home. She played with him, gave him pets, took him for walks, and kept him company while I was away. Anyone out there would be really lucky to have such a compassionate and loving person around their animal!
Julie has been a renter and a house sitter for me for 5 years. In her time with me she has watched our dog river. A large 80 lb. Lab. She fed him walked him and loved on him. More than likely, I will walk your dog in your neighborhood. But I do love to go on long walks/hikes so if you're open to doing a 60 minute walk or over night stay, I'll make sure to take your dog somewhere fun whether it's to a local dog park or to the river!

A typical day
We would go for walks around your neighborhood or at Dogs Run Free, Condon Park, American, or Yuba River. We can also have play time with any toys you provide. If your pet is high energy, I'll tire them out!
