We loved Julie!

I was very disappointed that Julie brought a stranger into my home the day after I told her that I was not comfortable with strangers entering my home regardless of who it was (and she had responded and said she understood). My instructions were ignored. I was also disappointed that the first visit ended up being around 1:30am when I booked service to begin the day before. I had just flown out of state and sat up all night worried that no one was going to show up to take care of my pets. I realized later on throughout the stay that her work schedule varies and I feel like my stress could have been relieved if there was better communication. My dog also has a thyroid issue and takes medicine for his thyroid condition. I was amazed that when I returned there were multiple empty cans of dog food in my trash can meaning that he had been fed double what my instructions stated. A dog with a thyroid issue should be fed according to instruction and I do not understand why my instructions were not followed. I also came home to stinky cat litter left in my kitchen garbage can..a nice welcome home. I understand that things happen. People mess up. At the end of the day, my pets were alive and seemed to be well fed..
