Pet care experience

As a dog owner myself I'm very picky about where I leave my fur baby. My number one priority is your dog's safety and I'm home FULL TIME with them. My house is always clean and dog-proof. Your dog is your child and you'll have peace of mind knowing that they're in good, loving, professional hands. The spacious backyard is safe and enclosed. I run my own PR business and I am home full time, so you can rest assured your pet will get a lot of love and individual attention and will never be left alone. I like to keep your dog on their regular schedule, which includes any medications they may take. Just make sure you let me know their feeding, treats, and medication schedule. I never feed them anything else without your permission. Dogs sleep in crates around my bed. I treat your dog like I would want my own dog treated. (I'm also a Rover client, so I see the other side). I have always had rescue dogs and run a foundation that donates to rescue organizations. You get pictures and updates every day. Dogs go out several times a day and, unlike a kennel, playtime is always free! Your furbaby gets lots of attention and VIP treatment. I have two sweet, social dogs who love playing with other dogs. Part of the reason I'm doing Rover is so they can have buddies to play with. I can only keep small to medium-sized, QUIET, mellow dogs as I live in a very quiet neighborhood. I have a big, secure backyard. My neighborhood is safe, quiet, and dog friendly, with a doggie park and greenbelt at the end of the street if your dog needs more exercise. Leashes are always double-wrapped. If you're going away on a long trip and have never been here before I would highly suggest booking a daycare first if you can. It helps me to monitor their personality and needs and also helps the dog know that you aren't abandoning them. Helps them feel more comfortable. -Dogs must be fully house trained -No aggressive breeds. BUSINESS HOURS ARE 8 AM TO 9 PM DAILY ROVER IS ON A 24 HOUR SCHEDULE - Anything much over that may be subject to a daycare rate

Everything went to plan, Julie welcomed us to her home and showed all facilities to ensure we knew our pup would be taken care of including introduction to her own dog. Julie kept us updated with pup’s progress through the stay along with a few nice photos.

Julie was wonderful with my 16 year old Labradoodle. I had had her boarded somewhere else and they couldn’t handle my dogs needs. Julie stepped in and gave her the love and care she needed to feel comfortable. I highly recommend Julie for all of your pets needs. She’s empathetic, she reads your pet and she listens. I can’t thank her enough for washing our minds too. Julie is 10 out of 10!!

Thanks so much for taking great care of Henri over Christmas! I was so happy that he had a safe place to stay and even made some new doggy friends. Really appreciated the daily photos and updates each day! ☺️

Information Julie A. would like to know about your pet

I prefer to sit small to medium, socialized dogs. Most important is that they be non-barkers and have no contagious diseases or fleas. Please let me know as much as possible about your dog so we can guarantee a good fit.

A typical day

I can give your dog as much or as little exercise as you want. I like going on long walks if your dog can handle it. The neighborhood is quiet and traffic-free with access to a greenbelt. We play fetch in the afternoon in the backyard.
