Dedicated to Caring for Your Dog
Pet care experience
I've loved dogs of all shapes and sizes since I was little, had had the opportunity to adopt my own about two years ago. I find my dog has been a great activity partner, and I love exploring what the Bay Area has to offer with her. Growing up arounds dogs, I've learned to be attuned to their individual personalities, needs, and ”quirks" in order to communicate with them most effectively. Adopting my own dog has been a great leaning lesson in how dogs think, process commands, and learn. It's my goal to apply this knowledge to ensure dogs in my care are as comfortable and safe as possible. When I’m caring for a dog, I'm alert and attentive to any possible dangers. I’m looking to spend my time with them in a way that will best suit their needs; like exercising active dogs, positive socialization for puppies, and slower walks for senior pups.
Reviews
Julianne is an excellent dog caregiver for a few reasons. She has a strong work ethic that makes her reliable and dependable. She is detail oriented, attentive, and will put her all into her work. In my opinion, those are traits that are necessary when trusting someone with my dog. My mind has always been at ease knowing I left my dog in her care. The final trait I would like to mention about Julianne is that she truly is a dog lover and that is something most dogs pick up on right away. It is a trait that not everyone possesses but she definitely does.

Information Julianne Q. would like to know about your pet
My goal is for your dog to feel as comfortable and happy as possible while we’re together. I always set up a meet and greet before taking on a new client where I generally ask the following questions: - How social is your dog? Do they like to sniff or play with other dogs? How do they usually react around new dogs? - How is your dog with new human friends? Do they warm up quickly, or generally avoid strangers? - Does you dog have a personal space bubble? Some dogs have areas of their bodies where they don’t like to be pet. How about you dog? - Does anything frighten your dog? - What kinds of commands does your dog know? How do you communicate these commands? - What is your dog’s energy level like? How much exercise do they need to get tired? - What makes your dog most happy?
A typical day
I'm a short 10 minute walk away from the dog park at Stern Grove, and a 20 minute walk away from Ocean Beach. I love to be active, especially on the rare sunny days we get here in the Sunset, but it's most important to me to find an activity that best suits your dog's needs and energy level. If we're sticking around home, I live in a bottom floor apartment with a completely fenced in backyard that's about 20x20 feet, so there's plenty of room spend the afternoon in the sunshine.
