Animal care is my dream job!
Pet care experience
I have taken care of a variety of dogs; they have been different breeds, ages, sizes, and temperaments. I have dogs since I was four years old; I am experienced in basic dog care. I typically feed, walk, and take them out on a schedule. Friends and family have trusted me to care of their pets for short and extended periods of time. I have experience in watching multiple dogs at one time. Since having dogs since four years old I am well versed in training and care taking of dogs of all ages.

I have myself and my family on a flexible routined schedule. If the dog has certain needs or has a certain schedule themself I can definitely follow that schedule and make them comfortable as possible. I can guarantee that your little furry friend is regularly played with, taken out and cared for. I have a small fenced in yard, access to a dog park, and friends that have dogs to socialize with. I currently do not have any pets in my home, so there is no chance of harm or aggressive behavior from other animals. We live in a low traffic and safe neighborhood. My son is good with animals, and if needed I can keep them separate from one another. I can follow all directions given to ensure the safety and care that is needed for the animal; safety is my number one priority!

Information Julianna T. would like to know about your pet
I personally think it’s important to know the dogs schedule, dietary needs or restrictions, temperament, and personality. I want the dog to be as comfortable as possible when away from family, so I think it’s important to know who they are and what they are like, so I can better adapt, plan for, take of them. The biggest piece of information I need is their personality and temperament around children. I have one child and I don’t want your furry friend or my child getting hurt. Safety is my number one priority for everyone involved!
A typical day
We’ll definitely be playing a lot! I like to take dogs to the dog park to allow them to socialize while also giving them a bigger area than my yard to play and stretch their legs. We live near the Potomac river, so when walking we will definitely be walking along the river. I enjoy being outside, so they will definitely have the opportunity to explore, see a lot of different things, hear different sounds, and meet other dogs. I am a firm believer that dogs have the same high energy as children, so I think it’s really important to give them the opportunity and space to release all that energy!

I am a full time mom and college student, so I will be able to play, care, and watch your furry friend all day! I have myself and my family on a flexible routine, and I am more than happy to integrate a furry friend to the mix. Since we do have a routine I can ensure that your pet will be taken out, played with, and cared for on a regular basis and timely manner.
