Hi there! I can't afford a dog of my own, but simply adore dogs--I will be attentive, conscientious, and kind to your pup, just as he or she deserves. I have been dogsitting for about 5 years and have taken care of dogs of all sizes (maltipoos to shepherd mixes), all ages (8 weeks to >14), and all stages of training (I have cared for an 8 week old puppy, a dog just 2 months out of the shelter, and several fully trained dogs). I am comfortable with dogs who need extra care, like senior dogs; my Westie lived to be almost 18. I have dogsat/walked dogs who were new to living together and were nippy at each other, and dogs who simply do not like other dogs. I'm comfortable and have experience administering oral medications (via pill or syringe); I also am trained to administer intranasal seizure medication (Midazolam). I am also an amateur dog photographer and will take lots of high-quality photos of your dog! I send numerous photos to all clients unless they have specifically requested I do not message them photos (i.e. because they are traveling out of the country and have a limited plan). I work during the day on weekdays, but can arrange to leave a bit early if necessary for your dog (or take your dog to work if he or she doesn't mind other pups!). In addition, I live close to my office and should be able to go home midday for an afternoon walk if needed!
