Pet care experience
I got my first dog when I was 10 years old, and loved caring for them ever since! I've always been the first to volunteer to watch a friends dog when they go out of town, and have lots of toys and treats in the house (even before we got our own dog - LOL!). My fiance and I adopted Winnie, a 2 y/o, 35-pound golden retriever mix, in December 2017 and we couldn't be happier! She loves to play with other dogs and is super friendly. We live very close to the beach, as well as a dog park, so we love taking her there to play and socialize. We have a fenced yard (front and back) where the dogs can sunbathe or get their zoomies out. In the short periods when we aren't home while dog sitting, we have a Furbo dog camera that makes them feel loved with our voices and treats :)

Julia is an amazing dog sitter and true dog lover! My dog Mocha spent her weekend days frolicking and sunning in Julia's big back yard, and nights snuggling up next to Julia and (Winnie - Julia's dog) on the couch. I got several pictures and texts throughout each day so I could keep up with the fun, and make sure Mocha was well looked after. Will definitely be using Julia again for my dog sitting needs.
Julia is great with dogs. Her home is dog safe and close to the beach. Great for walks. Her dog Winnie loves to have a dog friend stay to play. Our dog had a great time there. Highly recommend her.
Great host. Good communication and flexible with pick up/drop off.

If possible, we try and take the dogs everywhere we go, as many places are dog friendly where we live. Your pup will enjoy long walks on the beach and/or fetch at the park!
