Pet care experience
I moved back to the Central Texas area in March of 2023. I’ve had my Rover account on pause for several months due to wedding planning but am ready to spend time with the furry members of your family again! :) I have been dog-sitting for friends & strangers for over 20 years, but have only been using Rover since 2019. I can provide you with multiple references & you will not be disappointed. I do everything from spending all day in your home, to making multiple trips to your home, & more. I love the company & will care for your animals as if they’re my own. I’ve also handled pets on medications & with special instructions, etc. as well. :) If you have any questions please reach out as I am extremely flexible & here to help YOU! So, let me take care of & love on your wonderful animals so you don’t have to worry about them while you’re away! :) Please keep in mind that Rover takes 20%, therefore my rates reflect that.

While on vacation for a week, Julia did a great job for us taking care of our big ol' sweet dog and our home. She's very dependable with good communication skills.. both with us and our dog. He loves her! We came back to find the house neat and in good order, and with a happy, healthy dog. We'd gladly recommend Julia to anyone without hesitation, and will look forward to having her come back again!
Julia was fabulous with our dog. She stayed right by her side the whole time, which is just what I asked. Our house was clean and our puppy was happy when we returned!

I sadly cannot offer boarding because I live in an apartment complex with strict pet rules. But, as far as me being in your home I will follow all of your rules and can give you multiple past references who trust me 100% in their home. & I will always run decisions by you that weren’t discussed before the start of the job.

A typical day
There is no typical day while petsitting as every pet has different needs & each owner is different. But, I can promise you that I will fully follow your instructions while with your pet. I’m willing to do as much or as little with your pet as you would like, depending on their temperament & what they’re used to (walks, dog park, play sessions, etc). & because I work fully remote I can spend ALL of my day with your pet!
