Who I Am: My name is Julia, I’m a young professional working in tech consulting here in LA. As I’m finding ways to occupy my time as safely as possible during the pandemic, I would be honored to watch your dog (or cat!) Furry companions bring me joy in these times, so this service would be mutually beneficial 🙂 My Experience: Working with a few different rescues (BFLA/Philozoia/Shadow Husky rescue) I have fostered 5 dogs ranging from time spans of 1 week - 3 months at a time to help them find their forever homes. This engagement with dogs was extremely beneficial to my standing knowledge of dog sitting. Growing up, I’ve owned and cared for 4 different dogs, all with big personalities. On top of personal ownerships, I cared for neighbor’s and friend’s dogs in previous years whether it be daily check ins, feedings, night stays, you name it! I have experience working with a wide array of breeds, both large and small. For cats, I’ve helped care for previous roommates cats. Julia was great with Bruce! She made him feel comfortable and has a great back porch area to toss the ball around with him. He also got to roam around with her at Elysian Park nearby. Bruce would love to stay with her again!
Julia was amazing with our two dogs! She was very flexible with time and sent us plenty of photos. She even left us a nice little schedule of there weekend together which was a first! Would hire again and crossing our fingers she’s available for our next trip. Thank you Julia!

As previously stated, I’ve worked with all ages/types of dogs. I have no preference for breed! Before getting to sit your pet, I would prefer to know aboutany medical or behavioral problems I should be aware of.
A typical day
I live in the Echo park area. With a car, I have access to different sorts of parks, and have numerous different walking routes I like to take! If you’re dog is looking for adventure, I can walk him up and down the hills around Elysian Park and Griffith, or if your pup is more relaxed, we can stroll through my quiet neighborhood. At night, I like hang out and entertain your friend! Whether we play with their toys, hang out while your dog chews a bone and I read a book, I can match any type of energy!
