Thank you Julia for taking good care of my cats! Thank you for the updates and pictures while I was away. I trusted that they were in good hands with you which allowed me to relax on my trip and not worry about how they were doing. I will definitely book with Julia again- and would recommend her to anyone. She was a professional through and through!

*Booker Beware* Julie respected our home and cared for our beloved cats as arranged. Unfortunately, our indoor only cat was let out as Julie was leaving and spent over 24 hours outside. (A neighbor spotted said cat on Thursday after she left and was able to direct us where they saw her run). When we notified Julie that our cat was missing, she was not clear on the next steps for rovers emergency services, attempted to gaslight us by telling us we left the cat out upon our arrival and then stopped responding altogether. What should have been an easy experience quickly turned into a nightmare scenario as we spent 3 frantic, rain soaked hours trying to recover our pet. Now we must take our cat to the vet to make sure nothing happened to her while she was outside.
