Pet care experience
I’ve owned both cats and dogs all my life since I was 7! My parents frequently left our cats and dogs alone with me once I was a teenager. I have recent experience looking after multiple roommates and local neighborhood dogs and cats while their owners were away - cleaning, feeding, walking and cuddling as needed. We grew very close! I just graduated from college and will be living at home for the next couple months, so I will have plenty of time to walk and take care of your pet throughout the week and during most weekends. I am very comfortable with pets of all sizes, and can adjust easily to any type of home, as I’ve lived in both large and small houses as well as apartments with pets. I’m a big outdoors girl too so am happy to be outside with them as long as needed as well.

Reliable, trustworthy, caring: That's how I would describe Julia. If you are looking for a bright and experienced caretaker for your pet, hire her right away. Julia took on our two senior dogs for 10 days in August 2021 which included dealing with Hurricane Ida. She kept us constantly in the loop, even when things were quiet. Our dogs absolutely adored her and looked forward to her walks every day. Her visits were consistent (as agreed to), almost to the minute. She definitely went above and beyond and we would hire her again in a heartbeat.
Julia pet sat for three weeks and cared for my two young cats! They are a handful and she did an amazing job. I would definitely trust her to take care of my pets. She was very responsible and my cats loved her! She also sent lots of pictures.
Julia is an amazing sitter and animal lover - as a parent to many pets I wouldn’t trust anyone else! She has been great with my two dogs and I know she herself is a great owner of two cats for many years. I cannot recommend her enough!

A typical day
If possible, I love taking dogs to actual parks near the neighborhood! I love running around with them to get some exercise and also hanging out in the shade to relax. I’m comfortable playing with big and small dogs and know all the good scratch spots.
