That was my first experience using this website. And i need to say it was wonderful! I am an Airbnb host and i was expecting guests from Georgia. They supposed to leave the dog with sitter in their city, but unfortunately were unable. My apartment complex does not allows animals, so i started looking for solution. We found Julia thru the dogvacay and she was extra helpful. She replied right away to inquiry with understanding of situation and was flexible with super late drop off time (after midnight), she guided us thru all process of necessary steps, since it was our first time. Answered all questions in regard of invoices and of course my guest's dog Misha had a great time with her. She is a very kind, caring and honest person. I am very happy with my experience and definitely will be looking for Julia's help everytime my guests or friends need a pet sitter! Thank you a lot!
