Pet care experience
I've always been a lover of all animals. When I was too young to work with them as a career I volunteered at the Lancaster Humane League before I got my job at a vets office where I love to meet new pets and their owners everyday! At the "Pawmiller" hotel (our house) your furry family member will feel right at home! Especially if they love to run and play with others, they can enjoy our fully fenced in backyard with large deck to sun bathe on. I love any and all breeds, big or small, I have one of each! I work at a vets office so can tell the signs of an un-well pet and can provide immediate service if needed. I work alternating shifts so can provide care mornings, afternoons, or nights along with my husband, you're fur-baby won't be alone much!

First time with Julia and I have no complaints at all. She sent me notes while away and my dog came home like he hadn't been away (extra tired, or hyper). We did have a cancelled visit a few months prior but appreciated how Julia handled everything. Look forward to using her again in the future.

Julia was exceptional when it came to sitting for our stubborn baby boy Titan. He wasn't ever away from the family so this was new to all of us....Julia made him feel at home the whole time!! I will for ever trust and recommend Julia to all dog owners!!!!
Julia did a wonderful job caring for our beagle who is a senior and needed to take some pills each day. She was flexible and accommodating and was wonderful about keeping in touch. She sent pictures and reassured me that all was fine while we were on our vacation. Thank you Julia!!

I have experience with small, medium, and large breeds, love them all for their unique differences. Knowing how your dog walks on a leash would be great help, I've had a lot of success with gentle leaders for the big ones, and harnesses for the smaller! I would also like to know if they are food or toy aggressive, this would help to know if certain things need taken away or eating separately should occur.
A typical day
I live on the end of a great family neighborhood with lots of loops and circles to walk dog a around away from heavy car traffic. We have a large fenced in yard your dog would love to run around and play fetch. We even have a baby pool we can put out if your pooch likes water!
