Every time she left, she seemed annoyed to be there. We have a security in and out of our home and didn’t appreciate the phone calls she had regarding our pets and home while in our home. We also didn’t appreciate her going outside of where she was allowed in our home to “check on” my child’s cat and for her to make heinous accusations and be so passive aggressive when I informed her I’d appreciate her not going into private bedrooms when I had hired her to care for specific pets. I even explained why I didn’t want her handling our cat, which is because we have a pet nurse doing daily home visits and caring for her specifically as we are gone as she is battling cancer and can’t be exposed. She was rude and said I should’ve told her about the other pet, to which I disagree. She accused me of being negligent proving she didn’t read my message prior to that accusation. I didn’t need to tell her about anything else other than what I hired her for as nothing else was her concern and was HANDLED. Walking through my home without my knowledge or consent, going into a private bedroom which had a closed door, and assuming the situation when addressing me AFTER the fact were all errors on her part, which could’ve been handled differently on her end, but once I informed her of my disapproval, her rude side came out. Without reading my reasons, without caring my side, she became hostile, accusatory and I immediately fired her due to her meanness, I then immediately contacted Rover and will be handling it even further if needed. She was out of line and unprofessional and quite honestly wasn’t kind during her time caring for my pets. I am extremely disappointed and am blown away by her great reviews.. I wished she handled her side differently as now I am coming home early from a family trip due to her behavior.
