I had the privilege of being a dog walker for about a year, so I've got great experience in dealing with all kinds of different dogs. I've also had some time working with a breeder which involved feeding young pups, giving them showers and drying them off, etc. In addition to this, I helped out at a doggy day care which gave me experience in giving some dogs their medications and making sure they felt happy and enjoyed their time. Having a background in psychology, I've learnt a great deal about animal behavior and always try to use the best approaches (ie: positive reinforcement) with the dogs I care for. Aside from this, I have a lovely dog of my own, so I have personal experience in recognizing a pet's mood and needs and making sure that they are met.
