Regardless of whether I am taking care of pets in my home or in a client’s home the first thing I do is speak with the client about their expectations for me when watching their pet. Every pet is different and unique and require care tailored to their lifestyle and routine. Aside from setting and following expectations, I like to ensure that the pets are not only in a comfortable environment but also stay active though walks or playing parks. Being comfortable and active keeps you pet happy and healthy which is something I strive to do as a pet caretaker.

Please let me know if your pet has any anxiety/triggers that we may encounter on a walk or inside of your home. I have had experience with walking skittish/anxious dogs and will make sure they feel safe around me before we make our way outside.
A typical day
In addition to the basics for a visit (walks, feeding, check-in), I will make sure to spend plenty of time playing with your pet either outside or inside, plus lots of cuddles and chats.

Hey there! Im Julia. From a young age I have taken care of many dogs, cats, rabbits, & horses for my friends, family and neighbors. I have had experience house breaking and training several puppies in basics tricks such as sit, stay, roll-over and more! I also have experience with older dogs of up to age 14 both with my own pet and other’s pets. I understand the care and patience it takes for dogs of all ages and I will take the time to make sure your pet is comfortable and their needs are met.
