Ever since I was little, I have always loved engaging with and learning about non-human animals, and have taken care of a fish and guinea pig in my own home. I ran a dog-walking circle from the ages of 10-15--which consisted of dogs from 5 different families around the neighborhood that I lived in--and then proceeded to dog walk again during the summer and fall of 2018. I have also taken care of varying friends' and neighbors' hamsters and cats from the ages of 10-now. This consists of feeding, playing with, walking, cleaning the litter boxes, cages, and picking up poop during walks. I especially love to adventure and hike in the woods and mountains, and would love to bring your canine family members! Since being in college, I have pet sat and cared overnight for people's animal companions in my home, and done check-ins and visits for cats, hamsters, rabbits, and dogs when their humans are away. I also live with an animal companion myself, his name is Kevin and he is a 1 year-old Flemish Giant rabbit. While I have not had any professional training, I have a good amount of experience working with dogs, cats, hamsters, and rabbits--but I also would always love to learn more and seek further training if need be! I will be there for your animal companion regardless of rain, snow, storms, sleet, or heat!
