Hi there! My name is Julia! ☺️ I am 26-years-old and just recently relocated back home to Milwaukee after spending the last several years in Denver, CO working full-time as a litigation paralegal and part-time as an in-home animal care provider. A little bit about me: my hobbies include animal-related volunteer work, travel, photography, and exploring the outdoors with my black Lab/Beagle Mix rescue, Penny Lane. I have been pet-sitting for more than half of my life and have cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds and temperaments - from teeny-tiny 2 lb. teacup Chihauhaus to majestic 200 lb. Great Danes. Senior dogs and dogs with special needs (like my own), that require a bit more attention, are among my favorites to care for. Additionally, I have experience in canine basic skills training and an extensive background in caring for a variety of animal species, including: other small mammals, ‘exotic’ pets, rodents, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and birds. I believe those who teach the most about humanity, aren't always human, and for that reason, I hold a special place in my heart for the kindest of creatures: dogs.
