We were in need of immediate care for our granddog, so we took him to a highly rated doggy daycare. First day I picked him up he was shaking all over and continued to shake for the next couple of hours. Day 2, I picked him up and was told he couldn't come back any more because he cried all day. He was clearly stressed by the lack of attention number of dogs of all shapes and sizes in one big room. A friend found Julia for us. What a blessing of a find! Julia offers compassionate care for smaller dogs in her cozy home, where there's lots of personal attention, cuddles, walks and playtime. Overnight stays are welcome, as well as scheduled home pickups and drop-offs. She takes them out for walks and they get the bonus of Julia's yummy homemade doggie treats. Our little guy is happy and free of stress there. He is so well cared for that I don't give him a thought until it is time for me to pick him up at the end of my work day. His mom had a new baby, he got lost in their busy-ness and the painful decision to rehome him had to be made. Julia immediately got to work advocating and looking for an appropriate home. She knew our dog well by then and personally wrote and posted an ad for someone to foster/adopt him. She consulted with me all the way through the process, vetted applicants; asking all the right questions and was successful in helping us find the perfect home for him. Julia is great and I can guarantee, from experience that she is the right choice to care for your small dog.

Stronger & more bonding relationships have developed with our furry friends thru COVID...as we start to reach beyond the home to travel and spend time away, one's capacity to leave a best friend at home has become harder...this weekend I'll be enjoying & watching my grandson play in a hockey tournament...out of town. So I had to find someone to look after "Mr. President"...so much anxiety & concern...argghhh...I found the BEST dog caring service on the planet! Julia from @juliaspetservices (Facebook) has been amazing! Great human skills (superb Dad management)...great animal insight and caring...excellent communication...if you're looking for a small dog boarder, Julia is a slam dunk perfect choice!!!!
