Pet care experience
I can give your dog lots of loving and petting. I grew up having dogs off and on of all sizes. As an adult, I’ve had several roommates with dogs, also of all sizes. I took care of them any time they were gone. I have no problem playing fetch and I’m great at throwing frisbees! Because I’m unable to have my own dog(s) right now, I would love being able to take care of someone else’s. I would say that my favorite breeds are probably labs and shepherds, but I love smaller dogs too! I have taken care of several chihuahua and chihuahua-mixed breeds before. If the owner also has cats, I can take care of whatever their needs are as well if needed.

The most important things I need to know would be how dog and/or people friendly they are and how well leash-trained they are. If the dog is over 100 lbs and well-trained in a leash, I could likely handle them. I do have a little experience with large breeds like pit bulls and Great Danes.
A typical day
I can take your dog on walks to local parks or dog-friendly spaces. Walks in the neighborhood are perfectly fine too. I’m great at playing fetch and throwing frisbees. I also have a lot of patience with dogs, so I’m willing to teach them tricks if you’d like.
