Pet care experience
I recently graduated from North Dakota State University where I earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and competed the Women's soccer team as well. I'm an Omaha Native and a proud MNHS grad! I have always loved dogs and I will make sure your pup has a great experience while you're away! Being a former college athlete, I'm up for walks or jogs, fetch or almost any activity with your pup! I have flexible hours on the weekends for house sitting while you're out of town or out and about for the evening. I have experience with a variety of breeds, senior dogs, puppies and more than one dog at a time. My family has always had dogs and about a year ago, our Golden Retriever, Lucy, passed away. As my family seeks a new furever friend, I would love to share my love for dogs with yours!

Julia is wonderful! She took such good care of our puppy while we were away. She was very flexible with what we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed having her take care of our puppy. We will definitely hire her again!

This was my first time using Rover and Julia made it a great experience! She was helpful and you can tell she loves dogs! She took my puppy for a 30 minute walk while we were away for the day. Winston was smiling in the photo she sent! I was happy to know he was well taken care of!
Julia is awesome with my two dogs! Bailey is a 13 year old beagle and Buddy is a 6 month old golden retriever and I would trust her with my dogs in a heart beat! She is so sweet to them, giving them lots of treats and cuddles. Julia is awesome at sticking to your dogs schedule and knows hows to keep your dogs entertained the whole time they are in her care. I highly recommend Julia to anyone that wants someone that is responsible, a massive dog lover, and knows what it takes to be a great dog owner like herself!

A typical day
If you have a particularly high-energy pup, I'm willing to go for walks and/or runs with your dog in the neighborhood. I enjoy being outside, so fetch, frisbee, and just enjoying some fresh air outside in the evening are all activities we could do! Additionally, if you're working on obedience or leash training, I'm willing to continue to work on those tasks with your dog.
