**UPDATED AS OF JANUARY 1, 2024** I work Monday-Friday 830am to 350pm. I mostly do house sitting so when I am not working, I will be at your house watching your fur animals. Please don't fret to contact me with questions! Looking forward to sitting with your fur animals! FACTS about me: I always love seeing dogs and cats smile and know they are being loved by us, humans! I've babysat multiple different kinds of dogs and cats. They all are very awesome souls to play and cuddle with!! I love walking and being able to spend time with dogs during the daytime. I also can water your plants, check your mails and clean the house if you want! (I have given a few various dog medications in the past, shots too for diabetic dogs) I’m working on getting CPR certification for pets. **I do accommodate pets that require special care due to age, chronic illness, post-surgical recovery and/or other medical reasons.** My name is Julia Eichelberger and I am 45 years old. I am deaf. I have bachelors in Psychology from Gallaudet University, just moved to Davis then Woodland from Washington, D.C. in 2018. Currently working as an freelance deaf interpreter in various school settings. I am fluent in American Sign Language, however if you are not sure how we can communicate, we can always use paper and pen to talk or use laptop note to type back and forth. Oftentimes the dog's owner will have notes ready for what to expect when I am house sitting (rules for dogs/cats, walk time, meal time, medication if they have) I can read lips but I prefer to use paper/pen, computer for communication. -->Things to remember: I can watch your dogs if you are ok with me coming after work to stay with the dogs/cats and leave to work the following day (8a-4p) than Im all yours<--

Very easy to work with. My dogs were calm around her and she gave me updates and took pictures. I have a dog with seizures who gets medicine 4x a day and she was good giving meds. Absolutely will use her again, highly recommend. Also she took me on last minute right before a holiday. Julia, thank you so much.

I would like to know all of the information before sitting your dog! My way of sitting/watching dogs is pretty much what you want me to do, your way! Housesitting extra: I can bring in your mails, water your plants, clean up the house if you want, or any other thing you need me to do around the house.
A typical day
When I am at your place, I usually will look up map for dog parks or ask you if there is any dog park nearby for me to take the dogs to. I also will nurture it with so much love during walking.

I will continue to keep eye on your furbabies: during I am housesitting I will watch them when necessary, if your dog don't have separation anxiety that was developed during COVID pandemic, and is able to be alone for 8 hours, I can sit during weekdays.
