Pet care is an important part of my daily routine and something I genuinely enjoy. I organize my schedule around the pets I care for to ensure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and rest. Since I only accept a maximum of 3 pets at a time for boarding or daycare, I’m able to give each one the personalized care they deserve. This also helps me create a calm and safe environment, especially for smaller dogs, as it prevents them from feeling overwhelmed or at risk around larger or more energetic pets.

It’s very important for me to know as much as possible about the pets I’ll be caring for to provide the best and safest experience. That’s why I always recommend a meet and greet before the stay—this helps me understand the pet’s personality and make sure they are compatible with my own dog. I only accept pets that are fully potty trained and can do their business outside, as this helps maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Knowing all the details—such as routines, special needs, behavior around other dogs, and any anxieties—allows me to give truly personalized care and ensure a smooth, stress-free stay.
A typical day
We love keeping pets entertained and active! For dogs, we enjoy playing fetch in the yard, going on walks, or even setting up fun obstacle courses to keep them engaged. For the cats, we love interactive play with toys like feathers and lasers, and they can explore different areas of the house for some curiosity-driven fun. If we're watching smaller animals like bunnies or birds, we create safe, stimulating environments where they can roam, hop around, or enjoy some time out of their cages. We also provide lots of cuddle time and affection, as we know how much pets enjoy feeling loved and secure. Whether it's outdoor playtime, exploring new textures, or simply snuggling up, we make sure to cater activities to each pet’s personality and preferences, ensuring they have a blast while they're with us!

As a retired couple, we're home all the time and have a spacious, half-acre fenced yard where your pets will feel safe and comfortable. With our flexible schedule, we're able to offer both boarding and daycare services, and we promise to treat your pets like they're part of our family. Whether it's cuddling with our dogs and cats or caring for other animals, we're always ready to provide the love and attention your pets deserve.

These are the best of the best. Constantly gave me updates and photos of our Pyrenees while he stayed with them. Rover give these people a raise!! Our dog came home happy, healthy and well rested. If he were in a kennel for this time he would be exhausted and sleep for 3 days from the other dogs constantly barking!!
He was prompt and took great care of my babies
Lady Bird was so happy during her stay with Julia and Allen. They sent us pictures everyday and she appeared to be very happy and comfortable. They told us she was very well behaved and enjoyed her outdoor play time. We will definitely use them again when we need a dog sitter. Thank you Julia and Allen for taking such good care of our girl.
