THE BEST CARE FOR YOUR BEST FRIEND! I provide a loving home, peaceful setting on an acre of land, surrounded by mature trees and overlooking open green space. My family consists of myself, my husband and our two boys (ages 9 and 15). Our "furry" family consists of two kitties and our beloved 3 year old German Shepherd/Husky mix, Ellie. Ellie thrives on having other dogs to play with and does great with all breeds and sizes. In my care, your dog would have plenty of exercise, fresh air, attention and play time with our family. Your dog will sleep inside and be included in all of our daily activities. I also provide several walks a day and will take lots of photos/video so you can be at ease knowing your dog is being well cared for. I have worked with dogs throughout my entire life and I am compassionate towards each dog's individual exercise and attention needs. I would be honored to have the opportunity to love your pet as much as you do! *** PLEASE NOTE: I do require dogs under a year of age to be crate trained. This is for their safety. ***

Juli and her Family did a lovely job looking after Mac. He had everything he needed, plus more. He was happy to see us upon our return but obviously not desperate to leave Juli.

Juli, and her family, took wonderful care of Kodi. He got lots of exercise and masses of attention. Juli was very conscientious in making sure she knew all about his needs and routine. We will certainly be boarding Kodi with her again.
Juli is wonderful! She and her family watched Thor (our small 1 year old dog) for us for a week while we were in Florida. Thor made a new best friend with her dog Ellie, got tons of exercise running and playing in the backyard, plenty of walks and of course all the love in the world. Thor has come back from the boarding facility sick every time, mostly from stress. This stay with Juli he was so happy and perfectly healthy upon our return. Juli kept us informed with photos and constant communication. We are so grateful for her love for Thor, she treats him like family!

We live on one acre and also have a very large 25x35 kennel that has a 6 foot high fence. In my care, your dog will never be left outside unattended. We also use 100 ft leashes for playtime in the unfenced area of our yard.
Information Juli M. would like to know about your pet
I only accept dogs that have never shown aggression with other dogs or children. Dogs with a lot of anxiety will not be a good fit in our active house! We do have two sassy cats so dogs who are used to being around kitties are much preferred!
A typical day
When I care for your dog, he/she will be included as a part of our active family. Your dog will enjoy several walks a day around our neighborhood, lake and park. Your dog will also have lots of outside play time in our backyard. Our yard is not fenced, but rest assured that your dog will be kept in our yard safely with 100ft leashes. I find that this is the perfect solution for allowing them space to run and play but also keeping them safe and contained.

Availability
I am home full time so I am available to tend to your dog's individual schedule and exercise needs. If you prefer to keep your pet in their own home, I am available throughout the week for drop in visits.
