Hi! My name is Jules. I am a high-energy, pet lover with experience caring for numerous types of household pets. Most recently I have cared for cats and kittens, dogs and puppies, birds, rabbits, chickens, turtles, hamsters, and gerbils. I currently live with two cats of my own and my girlfriend's cat! I have practice administering pills and liquid medicines to both cats and dogs. I haven't given an animal an injection/shot yet, but feel confident in my ability to do so with a couple pointers.

As soon as I open the door your animal will know I am there to love them. I always start with calling out their name(s) so they know someone is there for them. I focus on making sure the animal(s) needs are met. Whether they are fussy and need the litter box cleaned every day or to be pet a specific way I will make sure it happens. I try to maximize my time so your animal gets the most TLC possible.

The more you can tell me about your pet, the better! Please have everything written out either in app or on a paper in your home. For both cats and dogs it is important to know where they like or do not like to be pet, what (if anything) triggers them, and anything else relating to their health that might come up while I take care of them (history of seizures, running off, etc.)
A typical day
I try to get out as much of your pup's energy as possible while I'm there. I try to keep a fast pace while walking so they get more TLC when I enter and before I leave. I'm always happy to take a friendly, obedient dog to a park to run around with other pups, especially if it is an hour long visit! Park would have to be in walking distance :) I am used to cats and their ever-changing moods. I love getting them to chase after a string and run up their cat tree. I have been around many cats that like pets, but get overstimulated quickly and lash out. This does not scare me, and I know how to take it slow with them. I recently watched a cat that liked to be chased down their owner's hallway! It was a blast. The quirkier, the better!

Availability
I currently do Rover full time. I schedule up to 5 drop-in visits or walks a day. These can vary from 30-60 minutes. I prefer to schedule a meet up/key drop off, but do not require one to accept a booking.
