We Love big dogs as our guests!
Pet care experience
Our experiences is vast when it comes to dogs! Our family trained a service dog, we have breed Golden Retrivers, lived on a small farm and we spoil the heck out of our grand puppy Thunder who is 12 and a hyper English Setter. when he visits. We rescued a small dog Shug who goes canoeing and ride ATV and camping with us lol, so cute. We will spoil your family fur baby too! Our back yard is secure, they can go in & out the dog door all day. They have a full huge kitchen to hang out in if I’m not home. That keeps the mud off our carpet on wet rain/snow days. But they can still go in and out at will as the kitchen has wood floors. Feel free To give us a call, we are very flexible. We had a lot of dog beds throughout the house for doggy lounging. I go to work in the AM and check on our guests at lunch and then are home by 5. Neal and I are both home on Friday's and the weekends of course. Dogs can sleep with us if that is what they are used to. We love big dogs and so does Shug! We have a large yard for your pup to roam And a dog door, we care for you family member like they are our own. We spoil them!
Reviews
Judy always does a great job taking care of our Pete. Highly, highly recommend.
Judy and Bubba got along great. He only stands between the legs of the people he likes and trusts, and he granted Judy that honor. She is highly capable and a serious dog person, and Bubba was in good spirits when we picked him up.
Our pup had the best time with Judy! She sent pictures, videos, and communicated with us throughout his stay. He was so happy making it a worry free vacation for everyone.
We had a wonderful experience having our dog Nessi stay with Judy and Neal. Judy was responsive and accommodating. Nessi can be nervous around new people and dogs but Judy was patient and made sure she was comfortable in a new situation. It was a great piece of mind knowing that Nessi would be safe and cared for while we were traveling!

Information Judy S. would like to know about your pet
Our first goal is to make your family member happy. Often times they are stressed out due to a new environment and their family is not around making them confused. We typically do not take them for walks because of this as we do not know their potential triggers of other dogs in the neighborhood, our goal is to keep them safe, happy and healthy. But we DO play fetch in our big back yard or make sure they are getting enough exercise in our yard with us. We prefer to know where your pup likes to sleep, measurement of how much food and how often they are used to eating, any medications needed (we want this written down by you for reference). We literally stand there during feeding time so there are no squabbles between animals, and to be sure we are aware of their nutrition. We also watch them poop lol. We really do! You can tell a lot about your pet (constipation, Diarrhea, straining during BM etc.) by surveying the yard. It is best if there are no bones around and we ask @ how possessive they are about their toys etc. We watch and make their is peaceful interactive or should we remove the toy. And mostly, lots of attention. If their favorite family member gives lots of hugs and kisses, that's what they will get from us. If they like to cuddle on the couch, even if they are over 100#, that is what we will do. I send at least 1-2 photos to you a day.
A typical day
Fetch is popular around here. Belly rubs are a must! They can get involved with a good team squirrel hunt too. We all go night night together and have lots of comfy places to rest/ snuggle.
