I have owned 2 rescued greyhounds. And I showed English Springer Spaniels in breed and obedience (CD degree) during the 1960's and also taught dog obedience in the Richmond (VA) Dog Obedience Club during that period of time. I am an artist who works at home and would be in residence the majority of time with 2-4 hours absences some days. I would love to have the companionship of dogs so this would fill that need for me as well as offer some extra income. I have a fenced in back yard with ample room to toss balls & to run. I like to walk dogs but it probably would require a car ride to get to a level place for walking. So I do not want dogs that become car sick.
