Hi! My family and I are happy to have your pup join us on our daily walks around the North End/waterfront! At this time, we're not able to provide care in our home, but our fenced yard is fine for most dogs (it probably won't contain an escape artist!) We are also happy to walk your pup or visit with your pup/kitty while you're away! I sometimes bring my two kiddos along in a stroller for walks - they are very comfortable around dogs of all sizes. If you have a dog who isn't familiar with kids or is unsure about them, let me know as that is something we can work with :) About this sitter: I grew up with all sorts of animals, and lots of dogs of all breeds, temperaments and sizes! Sadly, our family dog Coulee passed away in April of 2021, and we miss him so much! So while we are a pup-free family at the moment, we are happy to enjoy the company of your furry friend while you're away. Why I love dog sitting I grew up with mostly large dogs (and all sorts of animals), of all breeds and temperaments. We made lots of friends (human and canine) as Rover sitters when we lived on Alki, and we are excited to grow our community around our new home in Tacoma! My experience administering medication Yes, I have experience administering shots (insulin) and I'm great at sneaking pills into even the most particular of animals! Note: Our wonderful Coulee, passed away in April of 2021. He was loved by so many and had a full, wonderful life! We miss him every day ❤️ I took a break from Rover after his passing, but I am back and ready to take care of furry friends again 😁
