Pet care experience
I adore animals and would love to look after your pets for you. I grew up with dogs and cats in my family home. I used to volunteer at my local SSPCA Animal Welfare Centre and at a local vet. So I have experience of caring for cats, dogs and other small animals. I have a couple of cats of my own, and I've previously had a pet rat and fish too. I have an interest in dog training and have attended a couple of recent courses, with more planned in the near future.

Absolutely delighted with the visit our 4 month old pup had from Jude today - met before looking after him and Jude was really friendly and asked lots of questions about Rory's needs. Loved all the photos of how she got on with him and made me feel at ease he was being well looked after. Would definitely recommend Jude to anyone needing help with their dog and will be getting in touch for any future visits we need!
Jude came to our rescue when I ended up stuck down in England and my boyfriend was going to be away for the weekend- I messaged her two days before and could see she had pending bookings, she went out of her way to fit us in care for our girls at such short notice l. We both individually recieved updates throughout the weekend and we simply could not recommend Jude enough! We will absolutely book Jude again❤️
Jude provides an excellent service. Her willingness to put herself out in order to get to know Fergus beforehand was most welcome, especially as it must have ruined her Friday night. Her love and affinity for animals shone through at all times. She was prompt, thorough and took every care with Fergus. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I'd like to be introduced to your pet before you first leave them in my care, and for you to show me exactly what you do for them so I can do my very best to provide the standards they're used to. I understand how important it is to make sure your pet is cared for when you're away from home. It's something I've agonised over for work trips and holidays. It's much less stressful for your pet if they can stay in their own home rather than go into kennels/cattery. But there's only so often you can ask friends and family to pop in to care for them before you start to feel like a burden. It's a big deal to find the right person to take care of them, keep them company and to be in your home.

If your pet has any special requirements please let me know how I can best tend to them. Ideally I'd like for you to show me what you do for them when we first meet. If you're interested in my dog walking services I would love to join you on a walk so I can observe how your dog behaves naturally on their walk.
A typical day
I'll spend plenty of time with your pets - keeping them company, fussing over them, and playing with their favourite toys. I'll take your dog for a decent walk, allowing plenty of time to have a good sniff along the way and with lots of positive encouragement. I'll make sure they have a good meal and have fresh water. And for your indoor pets, I'll make sure their toilet area is clean and fresh.

Availability
I work 3 days a week as a postie and I dog walk and pet sit on my days off. My days off are Thursday, Friday and Sunday, with the fourth day on a rotation.
